Welcome to JDM Motors Legacy. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
General
JDM Motors Legacy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Products
All engines, transmissions, and related products sold by JDM Motors Legacy are used automotive parts unless otherwise stated. Product descriptions and images are provided for reference and may show minor cosmetic variations.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before order processing and shipment. JDM Motors Legacy reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. JDM Motors Legacy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Additional fees may apply for residential delivery, lift-gate service, or special handling and will be disclosed prior to order completion.
Packaging
All engines and transmissions are securely packaged on industrial wooden pallets, fastened with metal cable ties, and wrapped with protective materials to ensure safe transport.
Inspection & Delivery
Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Returns & Return Authorization
All returns require a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by JDM Motors Legacy prior to return shipment. Returns received without an RA number will be refused. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight charges.
Warranty
Warranty coverage, if applicable, is limited to the terms provided at the time of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear. Labor, towing, storage, and incidental costs are not covered.
Installation Responsibility
Products must be installed by qualified professionals. Improper installation may void warranty and return eligibility.
Limitation of Liability
JDM Motors Legacy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which JDM Motors Legacy operates.
