Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop at JDM Motors Legacy. We strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a return policy in place to address your concerns. Please read this policy carefully before making a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for used auto parts within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original condition, with all original parts, and must not have been installed, used, or damaged in any way.
  • Proof of purchase (original invoice or order number) must be provided for all returns.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by phone or email to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Once the RA number is issued, you must return the item within 14 days. The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit, and the RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • If the return is not approved, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical parts (including sensors, switches, modules, ECUs, etc.).
  • Items that have been installed, used, damaged, or modified.
  • Items labeled as “as-is” or “final sale”.
  • Special orders or customized items.
  • Items not purchased directly from our store.

Refunds & Restocking Fees

  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price only, excluding original shipping charges and applicable fees.
  • A 25% restocking fee may apply to approved returns unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide photos or videos showing the issue.
  • We may offer a refund, replacement, or repair at our discretion.
  • If the issue is due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the issue is caused by improper handling, misuse, or negligence, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Changes to This Policy

JDM Motors Legacy reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted on our website.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.

For high-value returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without proper tracking.
